This would be the last visa bulletin for this year. The dates should move just like they did last year to consume all numbers.
For September they can do anything for consuming leftover visas, including a large unsustainanble forward move, but we hope that visas are used for preadjudicated cases in PD sequence (as is described in USCIS procedure manual). However, from October on it appears that dates will only move forward systematically. Reason is that USCIS systems are not designed for handling per country quotas well, which hinders any country quota based information until a file has been opened for adjudication (or preadjudication). There is no per country data readily available on entirely pending cases (except on your paper filings), as initial data entry does not include chargeable country name. However, as we have recently noticed, a lot of cases are getting preadjudicated, which makes chargeable country information available. This should help USCIS estimate monthly demand better.
Bottomline is, if all three of the following conditions are true for you, you should expect good results in coming months.
(1) Your case has no hickups, you have provided all necessary documentation.

I want to bring my wife on H4.
Its been 2 months since I am in US and I have been working since last month i.e. as of now I have only 1 paystub.
Will this be enough for her H4 stamping in INDIA.

Another important question is: Will USCIS allow AC21 without an approved EAD?
When you send all the relevant documents to invoke AC21, there is every possibility for the officer to check whether you have an approved EAD or not. In that case there might be a problem. I may not be correct. But to switch to a new employer, you definitely need a EAD card. I switched employers. My new employer asked for work permit(EAD in this case)
Note : Please check with your attorney, I'm just one like you and this is my experience

The following are various ways to express some one�s dissatisfaction/agony and draw some one else (Government/Media/Public) attention.

for your kind information, sorry for starting rats comparison here but I came to US about half a dozen years before you. my priority date is 2006 and EB3. also I recognize that there are ppl out there who came earlier than me too. Its very easy to preach 'Life is decided by choices we make', 'your luck/fate, success is decided by your own effort, talent', 'if you have it, ppl will notice it and you will succeed' etc. when you spend the most energetic, productive part of your life in a country, you would expect that country reward you with atleast opportunities to prove your mettle. not to say its immensely painful when ppl who came years and years after you get GC and grow leaps and bounds right in front of your eyes.

If both of you are Indian citizens then your only option is PIO as OCI needs atleast one parent to be a US citizen.
If we move back to India on Indian passport and my son continues to hold US passport then he has to leave the country every 180 days or register with police under PIO card scheme. That is a very strange. Children of Indian citizen are at a disadvantage compared to those of a non-Indian citizen even in India.

Going back might be a good call. But the truth is, no matter how much money you got, how secured you are, the bottom-line is that the call has to come from the individual.
I will share my concern. I was 23 when I moved here and I already spent 10 years of prime life here in this country. After finishing my college, I worked in India for a year and half, and as any young adult I grew up thinking one day, I will change the way life operates in India. There is a system which operates India. It is powerful, normal human like you and I cannot overcome the system. People like Gandhi could, they are willing to sacrifice them self for the best of others. Or you could people like our current politicians who know how to work the system. People like lallu, Jaya, Karunanidhi, Naidu etc, they grew up as a part of the system. For them even when killing someone, they might not feel the remorse. But you and I cannot even bribe without feeling bad, which is good. But the question is how long can you sustain that? I am not 23 anymore; Now, I know what responsibility is all about. I have 2 kids; I don�t know whether I am hard enough to fight the system at this current stage of my life.
There is a famous quote, which states that there is a breaking point for every human, once we are pushed beyond that point, your action does not originate from your brain. In other words you will become part of the system.
For me this is the main concern. When I talk to people here who wants to go back, they say that they will buy a house in some close community and they will live a happy life inside. For me that�s a fools dream. You cannot shut off from others, may be for a month or two, soon you have to face the real world.
So the answer for your question like in this question. How are you going to handle the system in India? I do not believe that things will change. May be in 25 years; Not anytime soon. So until then you have to live a life where in you have to adjust to the system.
I do not have an answer to the question. How will I manage the day to day life? If you know the answer let me know

All NVC documents take 3-4 weeks before you get them. NVC sent Biographic forms data to my lawyer's office on July 2nd and they reached my lawyer's office last Friday. So it was approx. 3 weeks.

These USINPAC folks are shameless creatures who will take credit for the sun shining tomorrow morning. Lets send this guy Sanjay Puri, Robinder Sachdev and his fraudsters team a dictionary so that he knows how to spell IMMIGRATION correctly even if he has some malicious thoughts and actions in his mind. All they are good at is to do photo oppotunities and do these frauds where they claim to have worked or be working on an issue. I can also do the fund raisers and get photos taken. But there is where it stops with USINPAC. The politicians walk away with the money and turn their back on them and these guys start looking for the next politician to do a fund raiser for and get photo opportunity. How much more foolish can this get?
I agree with you 100%. I think Anti-Immigrants like NumbersUSA and Tom Tancredo is better than USINPAC. For Anti-immigrants atleast we know where they stand and we know what to expect from them. usinpac is the worst kind of disease for the community where they can trick you anytime and you will not even know when they are stabbing you at your back. They just want to do photo-ops and claim the credit for the things they didn't even know. I live in VA and most people in Indian community in northern VA know about the inside story of these scamster. Initially a few lawmakers got the impression that usinpac represent the Indian American community, maybe that is what the con-artist at this org conveyed to a few lawmakers. Now everybody in DC area, including the lawmakers, know the truth about this group. A journalist friend in MD told me that even press and reporters know about this totally useless org called usinpac.
It is one thing if they do something and then claim credit for doing it. The problem is first of all they claim to represent entire Indian American community; on top of that they do not do anything about the any issue including green card issue. But when they see something happening they will try to take ownership of anything moving and will try to make a show that things are moving because of them. Just as in this case, all the members of IV sent flowers and these guys are releasing press release to tell to the world that they are the once doing this drive. Such press release from them is extremely damaging as the basic intent of the ENTIRE flower campaign was o draw media attention. I agree with you 100%. I think Anti-Immigrants like NumbersUSA and Tom Tancredo is better than USINPAC. For Anti-immigrants atleast we know where they stand and we know what to expect from them. usinpac is the worst kind of disease for the community where they can trick you anytime and you will not even know when they are stabbing you at your back. They just want to do photo-ops and claim the credit for the things they didn't even know. I live in VA and most people in Indian community in northern VA know about the inside story of these scamster. Initially a few lawmakers got the impression that usinpac represent the Indian American community, maybe that is what the con-artist at this org conveyed to a few lawmakers. Now everybody in DC area, including the lawmakers, know the truth about this group. A journalist friend in MD told me that even press and reporters know about this totally useless org called usinpac.
It is one thing if they do something and then claim credit for doing it. The problem is first of all they claim to represent entire Indian American community; on top of that they do not do anything about the any issue including green card issue. But when they see something happening they will try to take ownership of anything moving and will try to make a show that things are moving because of them. Just as in this case, all the members of IV sent flowers and these guys are releasing press release to tell to the world that they are the once doing this drive. Such press release from them is extremely damaging as the basic intent of the ENTIRE flower campaign was o draw media attention.
