It would help to know that caste was called verna (= "color") in India; see this (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indian_caste_system).
That is the literal meaning. From the link above, in pratical operation:
The varna of a newborn child is determined by Indian astrological definition. These varna are not hereditary; they are random and determined by astrological coordinates. A Sudra child shall be born in the "Brahmin" varna. Varnas of a child born in Africa or the U.S.A. can be determined by this astrological definition.

Here is my suggestion to who ever complianing about the current situation.
1. The situation created by us. We are future immigrant by our choice. We are going through a system, some may say broken, not working, inefficient, but still system is there. If you want to raise your voice, do it loudly, so that people can listen.I don't know what is the desibel of the voice . If you cannot, then sail through the system.
2. For EB3 I&C, best option will be upgrade skill may be through education or exp and port the EB3 to EB2 and make clog EB2. After sometime, you will get same benift as EB2. So EB3 crowd will be reduce. Then EB2 will be retrogate and EB3 I&C will be current. Flow of Visa number will be as usual.
What do you think about my solution.
I am not hurting any cause. I have already mentioned that I HAVE contributed in each campaign IV has led. If I was focussed on a narrow group, I would not have done that.
It is very clear that Eb3-I needs a push. Such a push may come from thinking out of the box. A brainstorm may lead to some ideas that can help. I cannot understand how the questions I am asking is leading to any hurt cause. I am not trying to replace any existing campaign. I also contributed to the $5 campaign.
It is easy to say "I understand your frustration" but hard to face it yourself. Can a 2005-2006 person really understand the frustration of a 2001 person?

I am a little confused..........If the rest of your green card process (labour, I-140) was handled by the lawyer why are people filing for I-485 on their own?....Do the lawyers permit you do file on your own?.......If their are RFE's, wouldn't their be an issue?

I have read many of your earlier posts. Presumably you are a EB1. That is good. Unfortunately you seem to create some confusion in the minds of many suffering due to the backlog and also seem to derive pleasure by commenting about non EB1 folks! That is your choice, though it is sad. I also remember to have read a note, that you are from China. Not really sure what your intentions are. From our side, we have our own issues and are exploring various avenues to draw the attention of law makers, voice our concerns and address our grievances. I am not interested in vitriolic exchanges or debates here. Many of us have crossed the 10 year mark and have serious issues on different fronts.
If IV or any organized forum come up with a plan, many Indians falling under the EB2/EB3 categories, including myself will support. Incidentally, Satyagraha is a peace method advocated by Mahatma Gandhi, a great leader of our country.
Note: I am sorry to say that going forward I will not respond to any futher comments on this from your end.

Disgusted at this situation.
However hoping against hopes we stay here away from our country.
The land of dreams is becoming a big DREAM,hard to realize but all of us will get there,sooner or later.
But yes,oppurtunity cost is more now as India is progressing much faster ;on an individual level maybe India is becoming a Better Reality (not a dream);Trying to analyze,maybe can decide better soon as things become more clearer in a few months regards the Economy here and likewise back home:)
